106: Mug Man

Are you a commuter? Do you use public transit? Do you take the same route every day and run into the same people? Llyvell does. That's where he met Mug Man. Llyvell knows that not his name, and knows he likes mugs, but Llyvell had some words for the man he knows too well, and not at all.

104: I, Isabel

We all have moments we want to talk to our past selves about. Whether it be a past ex to avoid dating, a moment of embarrassment to sidestep, or just a moment in time when the going got tough. Isabel left a message for her past self, letting her know that it might not look like it, but she has an eating disorder, but with a little bit of self-love, and a little bit of knitting, she can get through it all.

For more information on eating disorders, check out NEDIC for amazing resources.

Mother’s Day

101: Mr. Burns

Everyone had that one teacher that you owed the world to.

The teacher that went above and beyond to get you through the day.

It's more than a job well done - but we don't always pass on that gratitude to the Mr.'s and Mrs.'s of our high school years. Our first message is from the co-producer on the show Arif Jaffer. Listen in as he shares a message that he hopes will make his former vice principle proud.
